In 2006, in the center of Binz, the residence was built on the new spa.

The house is located in the Putbuser street in a quiet area and the landscaped park Binzer.

We can in this house a 2-room apartment with a nice big balcony in Green's offer. This apartment has a living room, bedroom, kitchenette with various devices. The bathroom has a bath tub, glass shower and toilet.

Binz, the pearl of the Baltic Sea. A seaside resort with a mild, stimulating climate, ideal for body, mind and soul is in the east of the island of Ruegen. The 4 km long beach promenade with restaurants, bars and shops are perfect for leisurely strolls. The bathrooms vessels from the pier in Binz, easy access to many attractions of the island. The little train 'Orlando Furioso' brings you to the nearby seaside resorts and city of residence Putbus. A must for every tourist island are the flint fields, the king chair Jasmund and the lighthouses of Cape Arkona. Not to mention the beautiful, relaxing walks on the beach all year round and swimming in the Baltic Sea.
