Lots of prime restaurants and the cinema in the brand new shopping mall 'Paseo Herencia'. This affordable vacation house has 2 bedrooms, both with a walk-in closet, own bathroom and AC. Full modern European kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven toaster, dishwasher, blender, pots, pans and utensils. The spacious living-room with a large glass sliding door gives a nice view to the garden and outdoor back patio with a large dining table.
