Provincial style house with a beautifully groomed garden in sunny and private neighborhood. Amazing sunsets and view of the entire bay and city lights at night. The main living area, located on the second floor, welcomes you into bright and open comfortable living room with a leather sofa and love seat. Enjoy free wireless Wi-Fi throughout the house. The French double doors open to a big terrace and beautiful lawn and flower garden. The master bedroom features a Cherry wood California King Size bed, a 32' LCD TV with breathtaking view of the Monterey Bay and sparkling city light at night. The charming second bedroom has a King size bed and a 26' LCD TV. The French double doors open to a rose garden. Connecting the two bedrooms is a small open terrace with view of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The bathroom features an oversized tub with a sink and a toilet. Downstairs you will find the garage, kitchen and laundry room.

Beautiful Views of Monterey Bay

Beautiful property with amazing views. Perfect for enjoying the sunset over a glass of wine. Very cozy little apartment. All necessary amenities (laundry, cooking, etc.) The only issue would be the layout of the place. The only bathroom is in the master bedroom and you have to go thru the master bedroom and/or outside to get to the second room. Otherwise a great deal and good location.

The property is exactly as described: beautiful, quiet, with a spectacular views and charming atmosphere. The owner is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the house, the environment, the views and the equipment.
