Provincial style house with a beautifully groomed garden in sunny and private neighborhood. Amazing sunsets and view of the entire bay and city lights at night. The main living area, located on the second floor, welcomes you into bright and open comfortable living room with a leather sofa and love seat. Enjoy free wireless Wi-Fi throughout the house. The French double doors open to a big terrace and beautiful lawn and flower garden. The master bedroom features a Cherry wood California King Size bed, a 32' LCD TV with breathtaking view of the Monterey Bay and sparkling city light at night. The charming second bedroom has a King size bed and a 26' LCD TV. The French double doors open to a rose garden. Connecting the two bedrooms is a small open terrace with view of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The bathroom features an oversized tub with a sink and a toilet. Downstairs you will find the garage, kitchen and laundry room.

Very happy with the accommodations. It was exactly as described and better. It was spotless, well maintained and comfortable. Location was excellent. Convenient location to wine tasting.Beautiful views. Would definitely come back.

Nice people, nice place, GREAT VIEWS

The property is well described and really beautiful. The owners met us and did a complete walk through to ensure we where comfortable. The house is well heated and had plenty of towls an linens. Even though the house sits near the main house we never felt intruded upon. We always had complete privacy.

The only issue we had was the tub. It is very deep and we are on the shorter side. It was a bit hard to get in and out of.

Other wise it was the perfect stay! I'd totally recommend.

Fabulous visit in Monterey

We recently spent a week at this guest house. The hosts were excellent and gave us great directions and recommendations based on our tastes. The location couldn't be better if you are looking for R&R. We were comfortable venturing out anytime. The apartment was facing a nice terrace, which meant it had spectacular views and great natural light. I would recommend this location and these renters. Thanks to you both for making our trip to CA even better than expected!

Spectacular

We rented the cottage over Christmas and it was beautiful. They had a poinsettia in the living room and that became our "christmas tree". The views are amazing. It was a pleasure cooking Christmas dinner in the wonderful kitchen. A little odd having the only bathroom located in the master bedroom so if someone from the other bedroom needs to use it they have to go outside and creep in during the night to use it. Other than that we would go back to visit. The privacy was perfect for us and to be able to park in the garage was great. I would highly recommend this place!

Pleasant Stay

Very nice time! The cottage is very well designed and furnished. The Espresso machine was the icing on the cake. Due to it being on the hill, we saw sun when the coast was completely overcast. Well worth returning if ever back in the area.
