Located midway between Santa Cruz and Monterey, this ground-floor oceanfront condo on Monterey Bay at Pajaro Dunes is a very deluxe, private unit. The photo you see of the beach is the actual view from the living room and master bedroom. (Not from leaning off the deck or from a bedroom as you might find at other Pajaro units.) Since this is a private vacation home, you will find it to be equipped like you would like to have at home. The cupboard has spices, there is a coffee grinder, and even a Kitchen Aid mixer. There are beach toys and a high chair for the small folks. Beds are top of the line. Furniture is in excellent condition. All new carpet in December 2007. You can walk from the living room onto the deck and from there directly to the beach. Kids can play in beach sand directly in front of the unit. The deck will comfortably accommodate six people for a BBQ. There is a HDTV with Directv satellite and all the premium channels and free wireless high speed internet.
