At 850' elevation you can see 4 islands, sail boats, sunsets, Mt. Nevis, and our neighboring palm forest from your easy chair. Hiking trails begin at your doorstep. A short drive through the Four Seasons golf course brings you to beautiful beaches, a botanical garden, historic sites and museums, and numerous restaurants. Amenities include maid service, Welcome Basket of beverages and breakfast provisions, rental car arrangements. High speed Internet, free local cell phone, free Vonage international calls, cable TV, all bed and bath linens, beach chairs and beach towels, laundry facilities. A private chef can also be arranged for additional fees.

The vegetation is lush; close to the rain forest are mango and other fruit and flowering trees. The famous Green Vervet Monkeys cavort in nearby trees. A vast preserved Palm Plantation abuts the property. The property is situated in a sparsely developed area of Upper Fern Hill with carefully planned and architecturally sensitive villas. This is the best and nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Wonderfully furnished with every thing you need for a week or longer. Beautiful views up in the hills of Nevis along with the cute monkeys that wonder through almost daily. We loved the privacy and cool water in the pool. We loved sitting on the porch and reading all day. It was so quiet and peaceful.A perfect retreat for a couple or group. Hope to return soon.
