Photos and Description of the Cape Coral vacation house rental

Our ranch-style house is located on a canal property with direct access (also for sailboats) to the Gulf of Mexico. The house has a 112 qm living area with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room and kitchen, and is situated in a clean, quiet but still central neighbourhood. The patio and pool are screened. The garden is tropically styled (lemon, mango and palm trees). We also have boat docks and a garage.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht und sind von der kompletten Ausstattung begeistert. Es fehlen keine Annehmlichkeiten, die Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch nicht weit von Supermärkten und Restaurants entfernt. In dem grossen Garten kann man hervorragend relaxen, ob am Pool, am Kanal oder einfach auf dem Rasen. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft vom eigenen Baum ist durch nichts zu toppen. Sehr nett ist der Kontakt zum Vermieter, der auch selbst in diesem Haus seinen Urlaub verbringt. Wir planen bereits den nächsten Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem gepflegten und komplett ausgestatteten Haus verbracht.Es fehlt nichts für einen perfekten Urlaub.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.Shopping-Malls,Supermärkte,Strand und vor allem wichtig für Golfer
alles in ca 20-30 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Wir haben 4 tolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Pool, riesiger Garten mit Orangenbaum, Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am Bootssteg - alles ist wie oben beschrieben und nichts fehlt zu einem perfekten Urlaub.Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Außerdem sehr netter Kontakt zu Eigentümer und Verwalter.

Das Haus liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es war sauber und gepflegt, es ist zu merken, dass der Vermieter selber Urlaub in diesem Haus macht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt.
Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir können es 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Anwesen in Cape Coral. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was einem den Urlaub angenehm und comfortabel macht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ist alles sehr gepflegt. Die Anmietung des Hauses und die Betreuung vor Ort war völlig unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
