This comfortable and quiet first floor room known as 'The Emily Dickinson' has a spacious full bath with tub, is freshly painted and has been updated. The room is comfortably sized ('motel-style') with a full size Tempur-Pedic bed. Other highlights include a gas fireplace, AC, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV with cable and DVD. This condo offers the very best center of town location just behind Town Hall on Bradford St and adjacent to the Bas-Relief Monument Park. You are steps from restaurants, bars, shopping, and beach. The grounds of the complex offer a beautiful, serene garden and common deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. There is direct access to the park. Companion animals are welcome – certain terms apply. Parking is included. This unit can be rented on its own or as a suite adjoining with 'The Lillian Hellman,' These units have private entrances and connect via an interior hallway.

Great location. Very clean. Small space for price but it's location makes up for it. I would stay there again.
