Private pool and Hot Tub. Hot Tub always heated to 104 free of charge. This beautiful home has over 2,000 square feet of living space, and offers luxury furnishings in a contemporary Floridian style. Special features include a privacy-screened, heated, and flood-lit swimming pool and hot tub. The home has four bedrooms, two lounges, a formal dining area, and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size poster bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom has a full-size bath with shower. There are three additional double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and two with twins). The fourth bedroom is Disney themed. The property can sleep eight people comfortably, making it ideal for two families vacationing together. This immaculately maintained home also offers quality deck furniture, a telephone with free local calls, a 60+ channel TV in the lounge and master bedroom, ceramic tile floors, a landscaped garden, and a very private pool area.

Amenities include central air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, fridge, freezer, ice-maker, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, various kitchen gadgets, a hairdryer, and a privacy fenced yard. All linens and towels are supplied. Indian Ridge is located approximately two miles south of West US Highway 192, where there are many shops and restaurants. Indian Ridge has its own tennis and volleyball courts. It is a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood -- ideal for relaxing between visits to the attractions. Driving time from Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes and from Sanford Airport it is 40 minutes. Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches are a short drive away. Disney is a five minute drive from Indian Ridge. Sea World and Universal Studios are approximately 15 minutes. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately one hour. Church Street Station, the Florida Mall, and Beltz Factory Outlet are all approximately 20 minutes' driving time.

Smoking is permitted on the pool deck. Small pets may be allowed by prior arrangement. Please e-mail for current availability.

The house was very nice - roomy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It is close to most anything you could want - restaurants, golf courses, Disney, etc. The kitchen was a little light on pots/pans/cooking utensils - if you're planning on cooking alot at home, but the basics were there.

We enjoyed our time in Florida, and we were very happy with the property we rented. There were eight of us under the same roof, and we had plenty of room to either spend time together, or do our own thing. The home was well equipped, and the locatation was not far from the parks. We have stayed in a few places around the area, and this location was the best. It was quiet, close to grocery stores, and a bit slower pace for our family. Because it was not far from the parks made it a great place for us. We had the best of both worlds. I would recommend this property to anyone I knew looking for a great property in that area.
