Cape Coral, the 'Venice of the United States', is located on the Gulf of Mexico and is crisscrossed by many waterways. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts and golfers. It offers a very good infrastructure with many shopping and leisure facilities and restaurants for every taste. In the area there are miles of sandy beaches that are easily accessible by car or by boat. Ft. Myers and shopping malls, the airport and hundreds of shops along the Tamiami Trail (Highway 41) is about 2 large bridges with stunning views of the Caloosahatchee River to reach. The International Airport Ft. Myers (30 minutes drive away from Cape Coral) can be reached nonstop from several German airports. Naples, Orlando, Miami, Key West, just a few hours on the well-developed interstate routes.
