The house is located below the road SS 583 Lecco - Bellagio on the outskirts of Limonta, an old fishing village with narrow streets and old houses. The house is a double-terrace house which was built in 1970 and renovated in 2009 general. The upper house is used by the owners. The bottom half with a 3-bedroom Apartment and an additional bedroom with its own toilet and shower are rented together or separately. The 3rd Bedroom has a private entrance and a private terrace. At the other edge is a cozy restaurant in which you can very well eat fish. (800 m) The house is located on a waterfront property with a private beach and is very suitable for children to play. During peak season, located near the shore a bathing island and it is available on a dock. In about 60 meters from the shore, there is a buoy with a solid anchor. The lake is mostly calm, but within a short time about 60 cm have high waves. Right on the beach there is a large, partially covered terrace with 2 tables and enough chairs, a large umbrella, and a barbecue. Please bring your own charcoal or buy in Bellagio. There are shopping and supermarkets in the neighboring Vassena 3 km away in Bellagio, a glamorous, international resort. Above Old Limontas there are trails down to about 500m elevation. By car you can reach in 15 minutes starting points for larger hikes lie in 1000m altitude, leading to peaks at about 1800m. In about 1500 meters a mountain inn with excellent views of the lake lies. In about 60 km away can be reached by car or train to Milan or Bergamo cities with an impressive 50 meters high on well-preserved city walls.
