This is a very nice one (queen) bedroom home (brand new twin folding bed also available) with a huge private patio with outdoor dining and living area patio furniture as well as bar, outdoor sink, brand new gas grill. There is also shed/tea house equipped with brand new futon, electricity & cable TV, but no plumbing. Good for a child (playhouse) teenager, an overnight guest or a great little get-a-way. The Kitchen is beautiful and has sub-zero refrigerator, double ovens, Cuisinart grind & brew coffeemaker, Krups panini maker. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom and living room have TV, DVD player, Bose radio. Newly decorated bathroom with above counter designer ceramic sink and combo washer & dryer. This home is in a quiet neighborhood - a 10 minute walk to Beaches, Oak Bluffs center/harbor & restaurants & Tabernacle/Gingerbread cottages, arts district, and shops.

What a wonderful get away for a weekend!! The house was quiet, peaceful and comfortably decorated....just what two parents needed to relax and reconnect. Plenty of restaurants and sight seeing to keep you as busy as you choose. Thanks again, Donna!

I'm writing as a reference for Donna re: her house in Martha's Vineyard. I actually write this recommendation as I stay here at her home. My recommendation for you can be summed up in two words: BOOK NOW. Because if you knew what I'm experiencing at this very moment, you would kick yourself for not doing so.


I come to the MV on a yearly basis, and this is by far the best house i have stayed in. In previous years I have come as a part of a "girls" trip with 6-7 girls, thus we have always rented homes with 3-4 bedrooms. However, this year it is just my husband and I so I was worried that a one bedroom home would not live up to my previous Vineyard experiences. Oh how I was wrong. This house is perfect for a couple or a few ladies .
Donna has made this house feel like you are actually on the ocean. It is really hard to describe the vibe of the house. In a few words it is: modern, classy, and most importantly comfortable. By far the most enjoyable part of it is the oasis that awaits you in the backyard. The online pictures are what sold us, but truly do not even capture the true essence of it.


Again, it is amazing that a one bedroom home could offer such a magnificent place to relax. And for a girls trip there is a perfect little private small cabin like place to get away if need be to read or just have that alone time that we all need. Oak Bluffs oasis

My wife and I rented this lovely home this past summer and honestly could not have been more excited about the house we selected upon arrival. It was in immaculate condition and the backyard is a true sight to be seen. The yard gives you a real feeling of being on vacation, it was extremely relaxing being able to sit outside and read, watch tv, or enjoy the surroundings. We brought our car over to the island but decided to take the easy and scenic walk to the harbor or circuit avenue in the evenings. On top of the wonderful home, was the pleasure of dealing with the owner who made renting it seamless and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, our vacation was a 10!....in large part due to this beautiful home.

immaculate and cozy!

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time! The yard is amazing, there is lots of seating and the grill is fantastic. The house is within walking distance to town and beach, (the owner can show you a shortcut) and is beautiful. Everything seems new and designer decorated; this is an upscale rental with a homey feel. My husband (not a cook) was even inspired to make breakfast on the gas stovetop! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and we hope to stay again next year. A highly recommended MV rental!
