FAB MV HOME-- PRIVATE-BEAUTIFUL PATIO -10 MIN TO O.B.

We visited in September 2010 for our 25th anniversary. Had a great stay at Donna's adorable home. Everything you could want was there! The back yard/patio area has to be seen to believe~very private and nice. It was a great location in a neighborhood setting in Oak Bluffs. Donna (the owner) was wonderful the whole way through the rental process. We loved Seafood Shanty in Edgartown, South Beach, Aquinnah, etc. etc.! Great stay in a beautiful spot! We'll be back. Thanks again!

This was my first experience renting a vacation home. I was a little apprehensive with the endeavor because I've heard and read about negative experiences that others have had--you know, deposits weren't returned; the rental didn't live up to the "pretty" as well as "clean" picture on the website. I decided to take a chance anyway---and was I glad that I did! Donna, the owner, immediately responded to my interest by cell phone. She had a wonderful, spirited personality. The more we corresponded, the more relaxed I became.

When I entered the house for the first time, I was blown away. It's small, but the use of space is well done and the decor is fantastic! It was immaculate, well maintained and the backyard was a picturesque delight.

The location was great. It was in walking distance to town----just long enough to walk off some of the nightly consumption of ice cream from Mad Martha's!

All in all, I had a wonderful experience. I would definately rent this property again as well as recommend it to family and friends. I just want to thank Donna again for evidently making great efforts to ensure that visitors experience a comfortable and relaxed stay while on the island.

My husband and I stayed here last week for our one year anniversary! We are very particular about places we stay so we did a lot of research before we booked this home! We couldnt have been happier! This was the perfect home for us for the first week of August. The back yard with its multiple sitting areas was so inviting!! We spent MANY nights after dinner our there in the covered area watching tv and having wine! If you ever saw the movie Serendipity you know what I mean - but the little white lights everywhere was so romantic! I think the back yard/lanscaping might be the highlight of the whole house. The inside was extremely clean & modern. Very comfortable with the air conditioning in the bedroom at night. All the comforts of home right here waiting for you. The owner, Donna, couldnt be MORE accomodating. She provided many restaurant and activitiies recommendations - all were truly phenomenal! We really lucked out finding this place - because we had friends that were here the week before and our weekends overlapped and we got to see her place. She spent the same amount of money and got a very dirty, old, in need of a remodel - type place 2 streets over. She was shocked when she saw how amazing our little place was! I would say that this was one of our best vacations ever!!! If you want a relaxing vacation - rent this house - it's truly unreal to say a house can help you to relax - but it's SO TRUE with this house!! We loved it Donna!!!! We will be back!!!
