Strongly recommend

The description of the place was rather accurate, pictures are true- The apartment is spacious, light and comfortable. Except for, I didn't realize there was only one toilet. The building itself is a candy for an eye. Nice little garden/yard where we had picnics several times. Pity, you are not allowed to have a BBQ there (for the sake of fire security). The kitchen was well equipped. There are also various beach toys in the closet-umbrella, beach mats. Balconies are just great for an after-kids-go-to-bed rest with a glass of Rose, watching the Lighthouse rays. Spectacular-spectacular!
The location is good. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Not very hilly on your way back- essential when you come back from a beach with whining kids;) Awesome park (Pawline Jardine) on your way and the great restaurant (Voi Zemoi) delicious pizza and croissants. The drug store and a supermarket in a close vicinity. Bakery and poissonerie just there. Those vegetables and fruits...mmmmm.
Public transportation is good to go to sleepless Antibes and Cannes, and trains to go to Nice, Monaco within 1hr (still it is helpful to learn the timetable).
I also rented (Avenue President Wilson) a motorbike to go to Graas and then bikes with the baby chair to ride around JlP and Antibes and Cap d'Antibes-gorgeous views. Go in the morning! Top of serenity ! My son and I enjoyed it a lot.
Juan-les-Pins is wonderful for me and my family needs. It is lively enough for me, to go out you can hit center of JlP or Antibes. Marry-go-round, parks and cleanest sea for my kids. After JlP I went on a road trip along Côte d'Azur. I saw St.Maxime and St.Tropes and farther towards Toulon, I realized my choice for Juan-les-Pins was the best!
There were some trifle inconvenience for me, though. Stairs are hard to handle with shopping bags and a baby all together. I could not find a baby cot for my 18 months-old there (only a bed for an adult kid). And a clean lady would be a treasure at least twice a week.
The landlords have been unforgettably helpful and sweet all the way through. Magdalena is the nicest landlady I ever dealt with. They prepared everything all right for our visit. I was surprised by the welcoming red wine when we came:)
I enjoyed staying in your place a lot and shall strongly recommend your accommodation to my friends and acquaintances. I wish you guys the best!

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist genial. Sie ist äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto brucht man eigentlich nicht, man kann es auf dem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz stehen lassen..

Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend.

So macht Urlaub Spaß!

Traumwohnung in Traumlage!

Bei der Beschreibung wurde nicht übertrieben. Eine wirklich riesige, gepfelgte, sehr sauber 3 Zimmer Wohung im letzten Stock mit herrlichen Ausblick. Ein gut sortíerter SPAR Lebensmittelmarkt ist gleich ums Eck. 100 Meter bis zur Busstation Richtung Cannes oder Nizza.
5 Gehminuten zum Sandstrand. Vielen Dank, alles perfekt, wir kommen sicher wieder. Peter aus Wien

Einfach nur perfekt!

Ohne Übertreibung, es ist eine Traumwohnung. Sehr groß, hell, und sehr sauber. Man wohnt wie ein Franzose, keine Appartmentanlage. Nach einer Woche gibts auch eine Zwischenreinigung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im letzten Liftstock, man hat eine großartige Fernsicht. Zum Strand nur die Rue de Pauline hinunter, maximal 300 Meter. Gleich ums Eck gibts einen sehr gut sortierten SPAR und einen Minimarket. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

The location of your apartment:

The "Palais Splendide" is an architectural uniqueness on the Cote d 'Azur. It was built in the early twentieth century and was a luxury hotel.

It is now a closed and secure residence with parking and garden.

The Rue Pauline joins the beach promenade (Rêve Plage) and leads to a beautiful park with a playground for children over (Jardin Pauline). A white sandy beach and private beach with RESTAURANT located just 600 meters from the apartment. You need to reach them for about 6 minutes on foot. Shops (Spar, Euro cash) as well as bakery and pharmacy are within 300 meters. A medical center can be reached in the next close walking distance (3 minutes). To the hospital Antibes is 5 km away.

Due to the advantageous location of the apartment and the good transport links (bus and Regionahlbahn) with which you can reach Nice Airport and other places, it is possible to do well without a car.

There are all types of restaurants for every budget.

The environment of Juan les Pins:

Juan les Pins is also an excellent starting point for excursions to the Côte d'Azur. Nice and Cannes are in the vicinity. Monaco and Saint Tropez are within easy reach. For a day trip to the Gorge de Verdon Auron recommend with turquoise blue lake or Valberg and Isola, in the high mountains of the Alps. The Provencal countryside with olive groves and lavender fields at your feet. Visit typical places such as Biot, Valbonne, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Tourette sur Loup, Gourdon, the Grand Canyon, Grasse with its perfume factories, etc., in Juan les Pins and Antibes There are many entertainment venues, Provencal markets, numerous museums, the largest marina, restaurants, discos, flea markets. But also folklore, animations and especially the world-famous Jazz Festival of Juan les Pins Holiday annually attract visitors from all over the world. Recommended is a visit to the lighthouse at the Cap d'Antibes.

Juan les Pins is a summer and winter resort and was built in 1925 as the southern suburbs of Antibes beginning of the peninsula and was soon the target recreation-seeking tourists. Many luxury hotels and stylish private villas with spacious grounds made Juan-les-Pins, a much frequented resort. Also for many years held there Jazz Festival Jazz à Juan, which is among the most famous in Europe, contributed to the fame of this place, which has a long sandy beach and coves.

These include the Grimaldi Castle, which is now converted into a museum of contemporary art (Picasso Museum), the Saracen towers, the Cathedral, the Fort Carre and the Port Vauban, one of the most important in Europe. There are numerous theme parks, such as Marineland Antibes Land or to the Aquasplash, Adventure Golf, a children's farm 'La Ferme du Far West' and Marineland, one of the largest zoos in Europe include sea. The Naval Museum is also housed here.

In Juan Les Pins can practice many sports activities. Golf is, judging by the numerous golf courses, one of the most practiced sports, but also the selection of water sports are closely associated with the city.

The Exflora park in Juan-les-Pins is located on the outskirts of the towns of Antibes and Golfe-Juan. This beautiful, to be distributed on 5 acres of parkland has been created by landscape architect Alain Goudot. The park consists of several overlapping gardens, Roman, Moorish, Provencal, Tuscan and Greek inspiration. The park includes an impressive century-old trees, olive trees, plane trees, cypresses and pines. An open-air theater with arches reminiscent of the Italian Renaissance. A small maze leads to a viewpoint overlooking the sea. Spain is represented by an orangery in Spanish-Moorish style, followed by a Moroccan palm grove in the inviting blue bricks with a pavilion for a break in the shade. The park offers the opportunity for a miniature trip to the different countries.

  • The bedrooms are both new and old antique furniture that give the home a tasteful character. In the large bedroom has a double bed and a baby bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. In the smaller bedroom you will find next to the double bed and a baby bed with a comfortable Matteraze for the little ones. The cot is a travel cot with Matterazze. In the small bedroom you will find a wardrobe where you can store your suitcases and clothes comfortable. The living room is 35 square meters with its very spacious and consists of a dining and living area. In the dining area there is a fold-out table with 8 chairs as a Kinderstühl. In the living area next to the sofa bed and pull-out sofa chair you will find a side table. A flat screen TV and a DVD player invite to relaxing evenings television.
