A furnishing that is incomparable, i.e., luxury that you deserve, we can offer it without any restrictions. The villa's huge private pool invites you for a swim every time, each residential unit is furnished with an air-conditioner, a flat screen television with satellite connection (2 LNB), so that you don't have to give up anything.
Even internet access with Wi-Fi is set up, we can provide this for a one-time minimum fee of € 20 after consultation.The modern fitted kitchen offers everything that you need for cooking to make your family comfortable (dishwasher, cold and hot water dispenser, toaster etc). We have provided an automatic washer and dryer. The villas are fully furnished, fly screens on windows, even towels and bed lines are taken care of. A hair dryer is available for you in the bathroom itself.
You can simply relax on the sun bed and sun bathe or you can enjoy your coffee or Turkish tea on the terrace. A garage is available if needed (of course you have a parking facility right in front of the villa).
If you want to rent a car during your stay, we can also arrange that for you. You can have your breakfast with your family on the kitchen balcony and watch the sunset with view of the sea, mountains or the city of Alanya.
For our little guests there is a small cot and a high chair available.
Since during some seasons water could become scarce, we have installed an external water tank with about 2000 litres in both villas.

Sunday is actually a holiday here, where everyone meets in mosques for prayers.
Do not enter in short pants or sleeveless shirts. Local currency is the Turkish Lira (TL) approx.2TL =1 Euro

There are numerous banks with ATMs and exchange bureaux without fees (Post PTT).
Hiking ? No problem for early birds - Right at the end of the street begins a trail which leads through a small grove. After a while you can have a beautiful view over the sea and the city of Alanya.
After approx 1/2 hour you will reach a Hochplatte which suits well for a break. You will be amazed at the beautiful landscape that lies in front of the Taurus Mountains and the variety of plants growing here.
Heated up by the exertion, it is recommended to refresh in the pool to enjoy a delicious breakfast while resting at home.
Shopping and valuable offers or even a stroll in the evening is always a nice experience. The shops are open at least until 11p.m. You will not have to enter the market twice a week. There is a Metro in Alanya. You will get fresh bread, fruits and vegetables in many shops nearby, pork is not available and so it has enough supply of chicken and beef.
For those who want to hit the dance floor, there are for instance in Alanya and in Mahmutlar various
locations which invite you to celebrate and dance.
Upon request even a hair stylist and beautician can be ordered at the villas.
We (owners) reside on site and will be available for you if you need any help or advice.
It is also possible to go on a round trip on our 10 metre motor yacht after consultation and extra charge. The control can be given to the holiday guest (in presence of the owners). After a historical round trip you can finally go swimming in the open sea. Refreshment and cool drinks can be taken care of.
Since the villa rental begins from today's date, you have the opportunity to make individual
bookings.
Car rental, airport drop off or pick up are arranged through reliable partners and can be booked as well.
