    - Upon arrival a security deposit of EUR 300 is erfordelich which will be returned on departure if no damages have occurred grossly negligent (or possibility to deposit via credit card on the spot).
    - 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, and the rest (70%) bar is payable upon arrival.
