Branson Cabin Rental Photos and Description
Cabin- 1 Bedroom, Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, Sleeps 2-4
Our charming log cabin nestled in the beautiful Ozark mountains can provide a wonderful 'home away from home' for your family or for a romantic getaway for two. Perfect for honeymooners or empty nesters, the cabin is comfortable & cozy yet equipped to make your stay as tranquil and enjoyable as possible.
The King size Simmons Beautyrest Mattress provides an amazing restful sleep! The jetted tub is just the thing to ease the tired muscles after a big day at Silver Dollar City or shopping in Branson.
There is also an wonderful, huge shower! Tiled with gorgeous slate walls and a unique pebble floor, it is one of our favorite upgrades to the cabin.
Both the living room and the bedroom have flat screen TVs with DVD/VCRs. A landline phone with free long distance is provided as well as Wireless internet service.
The living room sofa pulls out into a sleeper.
The screened porch is an amazing place! A tall patio table with 4 chairs provides a great place for leisurely breakfasts or cozy suppers. The glider invites quiet relaxation while listening to the wind rustle the oak leaves.
With all the activities of exciting Branson & the tri-lake area just minutes away, you can enjoy as many or as few of the activities you desire & then at the end of the day return 'home' to a whirlpool bath & music, wood fire in the fireplace, or a quiet meal on the screened porch. Prepare to be serenaded by the the many night sounds from the woods while breathing deeply of the fresh Ozark air. Possibly an evening mist will rise from the 'holler' below the cabin & you will be enveloped in a cloud of restfulness.
As you lie down to sleep in the cozy bedroom, check out the unique starlit ceiling. How perfect is that--sleeping under the stars in a comfy bed!
However, be warned this cabin is addicting and you may never want to leave--we never do!!
THIS CABIN IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED CABIN: While we know that many people travel with their pets and are very responsible pet owners, we feel it an injustice to our guests that have allergies to pets and smoke if we make exceptions to our policy. We are sorry. We also have a small dog that we love dearly but we make other arrangements for her when we go to the cabin. We don't mean to offend anyone and hope that you will understand.

Guestbook comments from the owner
We stayed here for our 15th anniversary and can't say enough good things about this cabin. It was clean, cozy and had every little thing you could think of to enhance our visit (CD's, bubblebath, salt & pepper). It was very warming to see the thought the owners put into making your stay welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
Charles or Brenda Chodrick
Charles retired from the Enid, OK police department after 25 years. He is nearing his second retirement from the more dangerous job of Drivers License Examiner for the State of OK. He is a radical OU football fan and (not quite so radical) fan of the St Louis Cardinals. Brenda is a Registered Nurse working for Integris Bass Hospital in Enid. We have a huge, wonderful family that brings us more joy and more pride than we deserve! We have 7 amazing children, 7 awesome children-in-law, and 13 absolutely incredible grandkids!! God has blessed us above all we could ever ask or think!!
We have always loved the wholesome, family friendly, patriotic atmosphere of Branson. We travelled there with the family when they were younger. Then as empy nesters, we found a whole new area of entertainment in Branson! Owning a log cabin was one of those dreams we never really thought would happen. When we found a 'deal' on a cabin in Branson, we went to check it out. Well, that deal did not work out, but as we were driving around, we drove into a little community called Notch. Stopping at the office, a realtor told us there was a cabin for sale-so we went to look. If ever there was love at first sight--it was that day as we walked into our little Cabin Dreams! We could not leave! The poor realtor tried her subtle best to usher us on out--but we just kept sitting there. We were totally smitten!! When our guests tell us, 'we walked in and said wow' we always say 'I know!' We weren't sure we could make it work as a business, but we knew we had to have it! As it has turned out, that was the beginning of our cabin rental business. God has opened doors for us and made ways that we couldn't imagine and we absolutely love this business! Our cabins are so much more than just buildings to us and the guests that find us are the most delightful people in the world. What else could we do to make friends from all over the country and get to have them as guests in our home?
'Why this property?' What we thought was a random inquiry about a cabin was actually the hand of God opening a door for us. This cabin will always be special to us!
The warm, welcoming feel when you open the door is indescribable! We thought it just for us, but we have heard this numerous times from our guests. The soaring cathedral ceilings, the fireplace, the screened porch, the cozy bedroom. It all combines to welcome you 'home.' We have added some personal things- some family pictures, inspirational and romantic quotes (I love those kind of things), and a flag our son brought home to us from Iraq. We wanted our guests to not only love our little cabin, but to feel a little about who we are also. Most of our guests we never meet, but we love to grab the guestbook as soon as we get to the cabin and see what our guests have written. This is just a special cabin!
