This new luxury 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Golf Villas townhome is located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort overlooking the fourth fairway of the Francis H I'i Brown South Course. During your stay, you will enjoy the benefits of a tastefully and fully appointed 2200 sqft home where pampering yourself becomes easy. Some of the townhome features include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and granite counter tops. The family room features a 47' flat screen LCD TV, home theater system, DVD/CD, iPod dock, and a wireless internet connection. The main level lanai overlooks the fourth hole of the South Course and has a built-in Viking gas BBQ, bar sink, granite counter tops, and patio furniture. A short walk out the front door brings you to the Golf Villas Community Center where you will find a beautifully landscaped pool with BBQ area and a well appointed workout room.
