The apartment is in a great, quiet area, directly on the ocean Boulevard and just minutes from the shopping center, next to restaurants and beach and Duenezugang. 2 large Litfen take you from the ground floor to the 4th floor where VA-can-SSY 117 is located. A small hall fuert the bathroom with tub and shower, just behind the washer. and dryer, then they go into the living room with kitchen and dining bar, 4 plate stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Kettle, dishwasher. The salon has a great Divan (6sitz) with TV with decoder for 6 German channels, radio / CD player, and right by the window, the dining area where you can eat romantic. Everything is furnished with antique furniture but modern comfort and the sleeping area with a new box spring bed hotel, 180x 200, with 2 Mattress, duvets with nice new stuff About. Large closet for clothes. The sleeping area has 3 walls and is only where you see the image abchliessbar. When the Ap. leave you standing on the beach and boulevard with direke Duenezugang for fabulous Spaziergangen or take our beach chairs out of the garage for a tan. Directly in front of the door holds the bus that brings you in 15 min after the station of Alkmaar, where on Friday the beruemte cheese market. The express train takes you in 30 minutes to the Central Station in Amsterdam: no problems with park € 4 per hour, if you can find space!. In our guestbook you will find many possibilities for excursions.

Egmond aan Zee asks wass actually everything you need, the shops are open all year 7 days a week, there are several supermarkets, a pharmacy, Hausartz, dentist and as neccessary is the hospital from Alkmaar to 3 km. Many restaurants you verwillkommen and a casino ... golf, door swimming pool, mini golf, kite surfing, Bootausfluege etc everything man can do in Egmond, but the fresh healthy sea air you breathe already a one on the balcony of VA-can-SSY 117th Please make sure that I rent from 16-03 to 19-10-2013 ONLY from one week!!!!!!! from Saturday to Saturday!!
