Paradise plant in an optimum distance between the beach and shopping. You live in a bright, sunny house with 150 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest apartment, which can be rented, but will not be rented separately. The spacious living room with TV and kitchen topausgestatteter invite you to relax in a private setting. The house is comfortably furnished and lovingly decorated. The private pool is ideal under the protective umbrella against insect screen for a refreshing swim. Beside the pool you can eat outdoors, enjoy sunbathing and the views of the adjacent lake. By car it takes you ten minutes to the beach or in the Tanger Outlet Stores, and many other shopping options, such as Bell Tower Shops and TJMaxx. The utility room with washing machine, dryer and all household items to give you the opportunity to feel at home and cater to private.

They enjoy the security of a 'gated community', which means you live in a small enclosed area to which only residents have access. This is a serious difference to homes in Cape Coral or Lehigh Acres, who are often alone and are therefore easily accessible to everyone. Similar security offer, for example, houses in Gateway near the airport.

Nice pubs in the immediate vicinity. Tanger Outlets, Bell Tower Shops, TJMaxx just a few minutes, a short way to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. South Fort Myers, Florida offers the best location to visit the nearby sports and shopping facilities. From here there are many excellent well-kept golf courses, two beach access and plenty of shopping available. There are day tours to Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Marco Iceland. With the speedboat, you can book a day trip to Key West, deep sea fishing or take advantage of the floating casino for a day trip.

Notes

  • All prices are based on the use of the apartment for 2 people. Each additional person is charged with 10 € per night. For the final cleaning is a sum of 120 €. There is a deposit of 200 € (per trip or monthly), which will be returned after rental period (after deducting the necessary additional incurred cost of electricity and TV cable charges for purchased programs or movies), if the apartment by the manager without defects has been removed. From this minimum of 2 weeks can not be derogated from in general. For shorter bookings must be paid 2 weeks full. The electricity is included with a weekly allowance of 50 €. If the actual power to be more than 20% of this package, this is balanced against evidence.
  • When the house is a guest apartment can be accommodated in the two other people. It can only be booked by the tenant to the main house. The guest apartment has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons and a bathroom with toilet and shower is available. The guest apartment can be booked for the same period as the main booking and costs € 200 per week, each additional night 30 €. The guest apartment is not rented separately or otherwise used. It uses a standard lease agreement after the recommendations of this online platform. Please note where applicable, any additional costs (electricity, cable-TV fees individeller order by the tenant).
