Black Bear's Den is a 3 bedroom cabin with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen has a oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and is stocked with plates, pots and pans, kitchen utensils. The living room has a comfy leather sofa and flat screen TV. The front of the cabin has a long porch that is perfect for enjoying a good book or morning coffee. Pets are also welcome. Amenities include: Cable TV, WIFI access, housekeeping, on site concierge service, free local calls, on site outdoor recreational rentals, continental breakfast, nightly wine and cheese hour. 1 Bedroom Cabin with 1 bathroom sleeps 6. Cozy one bedroom cabin located in Mount Shasta California. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, with a flat screen TV. The living room area has a flat screen TV, pull lout sofa bed and love seat with a gas wood stove. There is a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Pets are welcome.

Cancellation Policy : We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. There are no refunds for early departures. No shows will be charged the full amount of the stay. A deposit of one nights room and tax is required at time of booking. All property will be assessed after check out and any damages or theft will be billed to the guest. Any cancellations made after the 72 hour cancellation period will be charged one nights room and tax.

Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly property. There is a non refundable deposit of $15.00 per pet per room. Any excessive damages caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.
