Sunny, lofty, 1850 carriage house in the High Peaks area of Catskill Park, on a 12 acre property with a pond and creek. quiet, clean, peaceful, and private. two bedrooms. Fly-fishing and beautiful road cycling, hiking trails and waterfalls in immediate area. mountain biking, antique shops and farm stands all within a short drive. Woodstock and Phoenicia are 20 minutes away. High Falls and Stone Ridge are 30 minutes. This is a real country get-away. The Carriage House is near the (quiet) owner-occupied main house. The drive and yard for the Carriage House are completely separate, and the yard is entirely unseen from the main house. Privacy is absolutely respected.
