42' Plasma Cable TV in lounge. CD player , DVD, selection of DVD's CD's, a small library and indoor games for guests use.

Wi-Fi internet connection.

Master bedroom with king-size suiteon ground floor with en-suite large shower cubicle and his and hers washbasins.

Walk -in wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space. Flat screen TV in bedroom.

Dining area seating six off the lounge.

Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, quality pots and pans to cater for the family dining.

Laundry room off the entrance hall with washing machine, dryer, iron etc. Pool towels stored her also.

Garage with games room.

Two twin and one double bedrooms upstairs off galaried landing all with Tv's

We are from England, UK but love our home from home at Highlands Reserve.

We are now retired with 3 grandchildren. They came out in 2012 and loved all that our home and Orlando had to offer.

We together with our management company have worked hard to update our home to be the welcoming comfortable place that it is today.

Alwyn and Peter Brenchley purchased this villa in 2005

We came for a holiday with friends in 2004, saw this villa and loved it immediately.

The home benefits from being further in to Highlands Reserve away from the I 27, with excellent views of the golf course. It is a restful haven after busy days at the mall, sightseeing or at the theme parks.

We walked into our home and from the amazing views both from the SW facing pool deck with shrubs screening the neighbours on either side, the spacious layout and galleried landing on the upper floor. The recently purchased king size bedroom suite on the ground floor and squidgy high back settees . . . .comfort, comfort, comfort - you can even watch the golfers from the bed!

LOVE THIS VILLA!

LOVE this villa, but what’s not to love? – beautiful view overlooking 8th fairway; short walk to the driving range for early morning practice; beautifully decorated and very clean; gorgeous new Master suite and formal dining furniture; well equipped kitchen and convenient poolside BBQ for times when you don’t feel like eating out AGAIN; huge selection of magazines, books, CDs and DVDs; and on and on! A wonderful home away from home with everything you could possibly want or need.

This is the third villa we've rented during the last five years, and is definitely our favourite. Layout is very comfortable and practical, especially for only two people - we 'lived' on the main level and left the upstairs unused, so we didn't feel lost in all that space. Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac within Highlands Reserve, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

We hated to leave, and cannot wait to go back!!

Fees And Taxes All charges are inclusive of the 12% Florida State Tax.

There is a surcharge (cleaning fee of $95 for rentals of fewer than 7 nights.

A security deposit of $400 is required with balance of payment, due 8 weeks before arrival. This is usually returned within 7 - 14 days of vacating villa should all be left in good order.

Once dates have been confirmed by owner:
Send completed booking form either on line or by sending it with a deposit of $150 for each week once dates have been confirmed.
