TreeTop Villa is set at the highest point of Cul-de-Sac on the southwest side of the island, overlooking St. Martin and Rendezvous Bay. The main floor is on the second level, affording panoramic views and wonderful cooling breezes. The charming Caribbean flavor creates a comfortable, serene environment for your vacation home. Set on half an acre of tropical gardens, the villa is a short walk (425 paces) to the beach. There are hammocks for lazing away those idle hours, and a sun/star deck off the great room.

Anguilla is a tropical island which is home to several, annual Jazz Festivals and Art Shows. It attracts those 'Rich and Famous' who want to keep a low profile while lazing on one of the 36 crystal white sand beaches, listening to the many local musicians perform at a beach bar or dining in one of the Islands fabulous restaurants. The new golf course provides avid players with a wonderful view while enjoying their sport and the miniature golf diverts the 'kids'.

My wife and I stayed at TreeTop for 2 weeks in Feb/09. This villa is situated in a quiet area of the island which lends itself to privacy and relaxation. The property is nicely appointed with a full kitchen, very large living area on the second level as well as spacious bedrooms with ample closets for belongings. The villa is well maintained and clean. All arrangements including a car for the 2 week stay were handled by the owners prior to our arrival which made for a stress free vacation. All beaches are within a short drive and are spectacular. Snorkeling at Little Bay is a must as well as an evening out at The Pumphouse or Ripples. Anguilla has a very wide assortment of dinning experiences. There is truly something for everyone. Anguilla is an Island paradise and this villa is a home away from home. We have stayed at TreeTop a total of 5 times and never been disappointed!!
