Beautiful contemporary style three-bedroom home with large bedrooms and brand new modern Kohler baths. Large windows, modern/Art Deco furnishings, new kitchen, new washer and 2 dryers. Great quality towels and Italian hotel style sheets (by Frette) provided. 20x40 HEATED pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, new outdoor Weber grill, large deck with teak furniture, beautiful landscaping, large bedrooms with king and queen size beds, plenty of closet space, TV/cable/internet/DVD/VHS/indoor-outdoor stereo. Bay beach is a one minute walk. Peaceful neighborhood with no through-traffic is perfect for kids, biking, walking, relaxing. Ten minute drive to East Hampton town and ocean beaches.

Bedrooms: There are three large bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and separate bathroom. Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and twin/day bed, desk and 2 medium size closets. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, full size futon rolled up in the closet, desk with computer, and 2 medium size closets.

About Susan

I'm an East Hampton-based artist represented by a major NYC gallery. Some of my favorite things to do include going for long walks on the beach, driving out to Montauk, going to great restaurants in town, gardening, cooking and relaxing at home. There's a lovely private bay beach just a one minute walk away, and Sammy's beach is about a 5 minute walk. I've owned my home for more than 10 years and am very familiar with the area. I take great care of my home and am always available by phone or email for my guests - I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!

A spectacular home

This is the perfect place to entertain several friends or just get away for the weekend and relax. Perfectly located and very well equipped, this place has the luxuries of a top end hotel like a Four Seasons while still feeling like home. Susan is a fabulous owner, extremely charming and very responsive. We have stayed several times and would love to return.

Perfect Family Getaway

We just returned from a celebratory family gathering at this lovely East Hampton retreat. The mid-century furnishings were comfortable and stylish and the original artwork--much of it by the owner--was impressive. Everything was immaculate, bed linens were divine and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, dishes and utensils needed for whipping up a gourmet feast based on fresh farm stand produce--which we did on a number of occasions. Thanks to generally great weather, we were also able to make the most of the Weber grill, large pool, sun deck and outdoor shower. Susan and her family were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and were truly gracious hosts. My only concerns were the lack of cell phone service and the distance from town, but these would hardly be negatives for renters intent on a true "getaway." I highly recommend this property and would love to return.

This home is lovely and nicely appointed, comfortable inside and out, fab outdoor space, great artwork! Have rented many homes in the Hamptons,, this is many steps above the usual! All 3 bedrooms are spacious, excellent linens, towels etc. Fully equipped kitchen- so impt. If you like to cook as we do! The owner Susan is also aces, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended! The bay beach, a short walk, is a beauty, for walking, beachcombing, swimming. Loved lounging in the hot tub and pool listening to the wind in tall trees surrounding both. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Gracious Hosts

We were looking for a modern, bright home in the Hamptons with a hot tub, fireplace, nice kitchen and good beach access. What we got in Susan's home was everything we had hoped for and more. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is recently remodeled, exceptionally clean, bright and modern, and has all the amenities. Beds were firm and the kitchen was great. We visited in the off season, so had the nearby beaches basically to ourselves, and couldn't have been happier overall with the experience. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful, relaxing and clean

This was our first visit to the Hamptons and what a wonderful rental property. Upon arrival we entered into a bright, clean fully equipped home. We loved the pool and hot tub and all the amenities this home has to offer. We stayed here with our three children who loved the pool/hot tub. A bit far from town but easy to get in to town and perfectly located to the bay beach which is so nice for walking. Susan was always quick to respond to our needs and her beautiful artwork is hanging all over her beautiful home. We would rent again and again and again...
