Last Available dates this Summer: Sat Aug 29-Wed Sept 2 (new reduced rate) Beautiful Contemporary/Modern 3-Bedroom with large bedrooms and 2 brand new modern Kohler baths. Large windows, modern/Art Deco furnishings, new kitchen, new washer/dryer, news sheets/towels, all amenities. 20x40 pool with brand new liner, hot tub, big deck with teak furniture, beautiful landscaping (magnolia trees around the pool), large bedrooms with King and Queen size beds, plenty of closet space, TV/cable/Internet/DVD/VHS/indoor-outdoor stereo. Bay beach is a 1 minute walk. Peaceful neighborhood with no through-traffic is perfect for biking, walking, relaxing. 7 minute drive to East Hampton town. Between Sammy's Beach and Cedar Point Park. Sorry no pets or last minute rentals. This home is not childproofed. Note that weeks are considered available until paid in full.
