SPECIAL MID WEEK RATE SUNDAY - FRIDAY

This is the perfect place to entertain several friends or just get away for the weekend and relax. Perfectly located and very well equipped, this place has the luxuries of a top end hotel like a Four Seasons while still feeling like home. Susan is a fabulous owner, extremely charming and very responsive. We have stayed several times and would love to return.

We just returned from a celebratory family gathering at this lovely East Hampton retreat. The mid-century furnishings were comfortable and stylish and the original artwork--much of it by the owner--was impressive. Everything was immaculate, bed linens were divine and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, dishes and utensils needed for whipping up a gourmet feast based on fresh farm stand produce--which we did on a number of occasions. Thanks to generally great weather, we were also able to make the most of the Weber grill, large pool, sun deck and outdoor shower. Susan and her family were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and were truly gracious hosts. My only concerns were the lack of cell phone service and the distance from town, but these would hardly be negatives for renters intent on a true "getaway." I highly recommend this property and would love to return.

This home is lovely and nicely appointed, comfortable inside and out, fab outdoor space, great artwork! Have rented many homes in the Hamptons,, this is many steps above the usual! All 3 bedrooms are spacious, excellent linens, towels etc. Fully equipped kitchen- so impt. If you like to cook as we do! The owner Susan is also aces, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended! The bay beach, a short walk, is a beauty, for walking, beachcombing, swimming. Loved lounging in the hot tub and pool listening to the wind in tall trees surrounding both. You won't be disappointed!
