  • However, the landlord is trying to rent the property to other tenants or appoint a replacement tenant for the same conditions.

AWESOME PLACE - GREAT HOSPITALITY

I am Dr Parag. I stayed here with my wife and one more couple and a friend for 3 days. we were at Munich to attend the ESC Congress 2012. it was a wonderful experience staying at the apartment. the photographs provided in the the description actually underestimates the quality and the beauty of the home. It is the best and the most well furnished home i have ever seen in my life. Our eyes were stuck at the way the house was designed and each and every stuff was maintained. The best part of the home is that u really feel like being at ur home and while leaving back u feel so emotional being attached to the place. Location of the home is so good that u need to walk for 5 min to take a U Bahn, and all daily need requirements are 10 minutes by walk. the home is very well ventilated and sunny. the place is very well connected to all major places in Munich. BMW museum is 10 min by walk and same as Olympia park. with Bicycle provide u can go for cycling to all near by places. there is a large garden surrounding the house and it feels very nice having a hot coffee in the evening. for those interested in Cars as me there is PORSCHE and Bentley showrooms at 10 min walking distance.

The other best part is the owners (Vera and Wolfgang). they are very helpful and for me they were my guide to the Munich city. And the sweetest of all is the GRANNY. her smile will make your day.

In all a very wonderful experience being at the home away from my home.

If i will come to Munich again it will definitely be your home where i will stay.
