My family of 6 just returned from some time at this property, and we had a blast. Kids loved the heated community pools, games in home, video selection (some awesome kid movies) and perfectly heated Jacuzzi. We all loved the walks along the ocean, where you can easily spot deer, sea lions, and a wide variety of birds. Gualala and Point Arena are short drives and offer some good restaurants, coffee shops, bakery (Franny's is a must do), grocery shopping, etc. Lighthouse in Point Arena was fun to check out, and local beaches are a short drive or walk. House had all the amenities you'd need in the kitchen and bedrooms, including a VERY large master bathtub! Beds are comfortable, but mostly, this is just a great place to spend some quality time with people you love. Cheers.
