Luxury penthouse with terrace, hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, air-conditioning

They rent a beautiful 90 sqm apartment in a stucco house in a Berlin bourgeois Steglitz-Zehlendorf. The walking position of U-and S-Bahn (200 - 500 m from the house) allows you not to rise, within 8 min on Kurfürstendamm (City West) or in 12 minutes. the Brandenburg Gate - to be Unter den Linden (City East) (each driving time). All discounters (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Net, Kaiser, Reichelt) can be found within 500 m, bakers and also very good and reasonably priced restaurants. The very well-known, 3 km long shopping street 'Castle Road' with all the big brands is just min 10th Walk away from us. Parking is free and sufficiently close to the house. HIGH SPEED wireless VDSL 25th 000 free. Bicycles for guests 5 min walking distance.

On the enclosed courtyard, we have a covered bike. Bicycles can be rented at a value within 1km distance bicycle rental. Please reserve in advance! Bicycle paths to the Kurfürstendamm and the Brandeburg Gate / Reichstag etc. in close proximity to our apartment.

Near the 3 km long shopping street 'Castle Road', only 8-12 minutes by subway or commuter train from Kurfürstendamm (City West) and the Brandenburg Gate / Unter den Linden (City East).
