The villa is located in Formia in Castellonorato Castellonorato medieval district, at the foot of the mountains Aurunkener, just 8 km from the sea. The village has a restaurant, a bar and a pub where the live music events, mainly jazz take place. Hourly train from the station in Formia bring them into the metropolis of Rome and Naples, once a day take the train to Pompeii.
