Spacious Silva Lane residence. A perfect family get-away just a short walk to Edgartown shops and harbor yet tucked away on a quiet, dead end lane. Large open living room, perfect for accommodating the whole gang. Dining table seats 8-10. A TV room with sectional couches, a half bath, and a large bunk room with TV complete the first floor. The large gourmet kitchen boasts a stainless steel professional stove, plentiful counter space, cabinets and all the amenities if cooking is your passion. A 4-burner gas Weber grill stands just outside of the screened-in porch where you can enjoy cool Island breezes. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and a full-sized laundry room. All baths are decorated with tumbled marble floors and showers. One of the master baths also has a jacuzzi tub. High-speed internet connection allows you to stay connected should you choose.
