Welcome to our 1200 square foot condo with 9 to 12 foot ceilings. There are three bedrooms and two baths. We also have rates for renting just two of the bedrooms if three is too many for you. This Condo is situated just one block off the beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Vallarta, just north of the famous Malecon. We have provided everything you might need to make this condo an unforgettable retreat. If you decide not to sample one of the many restaurants in P.V. then BBQ or cook your meals in our newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Our Condo is within two blocks of the fresh fish market and major grocery/shopping center. The building is secure with 24/7 security guards. Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Shops and services are within blocks and access to the Malecon and Romantic zone are easily accessible in minutes by walking or local bus and taxi. The main bus routes to all areas is just one and a half blocks away and taxi's are right out the door. Close by are Internet Cafe's, banks, ATM, and so much more.

Just returned, Feb./09, from two weeks in this condo and couldn't have been more impressed with it's spaciousness or decor. Location means a lot when on holidays and this facility had everything close at hand. Easy walking to most anything you could want or bus stop for the ride downtown. Can't think of one thing I would change. But be warned it has been known to happen while in Mexico, you could wake up with a "snack tattoo!!!!". "Oh, my God, I woke up with a Snack Tattoo", the verse of a great song. hahaha.

It was simply amazing. The condo is a perfect spot for a wonderful vacation in Puerto Vallarta. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed it all. It is a perfect vacation spot. The location is easy to navigate via bus, cab or on foot. We loved being at Blake's Sport's Club, the beach at Cee Cee's and just walking around downtown. We will be going back. The owners are awesome to deal with. All the details on the net are accurate and the condo is clean, friendly and just Perfect!!
