Location, location, location! Lilly’s Pad is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach in the Beacons Condominiums. The Beacons is a quaint 10-unit/2 building beachfront development. Our building is located on the backside of the complex with only a slight ocean view from our balcony. You can enjoy the smell of the ocean, hear the crash of the waves, and listen to warm breezes blow through the many palm trees that line our property.

Guests enjoy a private boardwalk and shower area. Our beaches are never overcrowded. Get to the beach on your own time knowing that a perfect spot right at the water's edge will always be waiting.

For those who love exploring, you'll especially enjoy hiking, biking, and fishing in the area. At your request, we can provide a list of the best fishing charters, bike/kayak rentals, hiking/walking/running trails right there in Seagrove Beach. Right out our door is the Scenic 30-A bike path that runs for almost 10 miles in each direction.

Seaside and Watercolor are a short walk from our door. Take advantage of the free concerts and plays in the Seaside Amphitheater and enjoy the many wonderful shops, restaurants, and scenery in all the quaint towns and developments along 30-A. There are so many wonderful things to do without ever getting back in your car.

You absolutely won't find a better priced two bedroom condo on the beachside of 30-A that is THIS close to Seaside. We have WIFI and MP3 hook-ups. There is a television in every room and lots of ways to get comfortable and relax.

Lilly's Pad is the place where our family comes together. We hope you find our retreat as warm and inviting as we do.

About The Owner

Our family has been vacationing in Seagrove Beach since 1979. We are raising a whole new generation of beach babies. We bought this condo so our extended family could be together during family vacations and we hope yours can too. It is more than just a place to visit, it is the most special place on earth. When you walk into unit 10, Lilly's Pad, we want you to immediately feel at home. We hope you visit many times and start making wonderful memories of your own.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2002
Why The Owner chose Seagrove Beach

We have traveled the worlds beaches extensively and know in our heart that Seagrove truly has the most beautiful beaches in the world. On the perfect day, you can see for miles. The water is several shades of the most beautiful blues and greens and the winter sunsets beat any we have ever seen. The beauty and splendor of this place will always seem prettier each time we see it. As it was once said many years ago by one of the first pioneers, "Seagrove Beach...where nature did it's best."

What makes this condo unique

If you have a few days, explore beyond the beaches. Take the bike path east on foot or bike and explore wetlands, state rec areas, lakes, and trails. Discover the old cypress trees with roots that grow above ground that are only located in the scrub forests but used to line the shoreline. After Katrina, the cypress stumps revealed themselves on the shoreline in front of our condo for months. We had some of the most interesting fish and shells throughout that next summer. Take some time to walk or bike on the trails in Watercolor. We love to run these trails...about 4 miles roundtrip from Lilly's Pad. Come back and rent a kayak. The scenery is spectacular.
