Das Chalet EAU VIVE ist ein kleines heimeliges Chalet auf 3 Etagen mit einer separaten Einliegerwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr gemütlich. Das Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger und idyllischer Lage neben einem kleinen Bergbächlein. Der Balkon und die Terrasse bieten eine traumhafte Bergsicht. Direkte Zufahrt mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage des Nachbarhauses (20m).

Oberes Erdgeschoss: Kleiner Eingang, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Ofen. Grosszügiger Wohn-/Essraum mit authentischem Steinofen (Pierre-Ollaire). Nach Süden gelegene Terrasse mit schöner Bergsicht. 1 Doppelzimmer. 1 Bad/WC. Vorratskammer mit Kühlschrank.

1. Stock: Zugang über steile Treppe. 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und Waschbecken. 1 Einzelzimmer mit Waschbecken.

Nichtraucherchalet. Haustiere nicht gestattet.
