3 bedrooms + 2 double beds in the open loft, 3 bathrooms, top quality furnishin

The Sunshine villa has a spacious area and is made very bright and friendly with many windows and sliding door units. There is a fully fitted kitchen in the ground floor, a dining area in front of it and a living room with a lot of comfortable seats and TV. Moreover there are 3 bedrooms including bathrooms in the ground floor. In the open loft there are additionally 3 French beds, which in turn provide accommodation for 4 additional persons. All rooms are furnished with air-conditioning. There is a washer, dryer and a freezer in a utility room.

There is a spacious veranda around, so that every time you can find either a sunny or shady area sheltered from the winds. The house is located on the best beach of the island, the small offshore islands provide a protected bay. With the bright palm trees and Turkish blue waters you will feel like you have landed in a paradise!

The marina is in the neighborhood. You can hire boats there with or without a captain and do bone-fishing and many other sport activities. You can have breakfast and lunch in the beach club. Apart from that there are other bars and restaurants found on the island with variety of dishes. The uninhabited small offshore islands with partially rocky segments are a paradise for snorkelers and divers.

Truely a paradise retreat. Our family has been renting this house for our annual getaway for the past 6 years. The house is amazing! The setting is incredibley private and surreal to have such a modern well maintained house that is located on the most beautiful beach in the world. The turquiose waters and the white sandy beach have a calming effect to help you unwind and relax. The amenities of this home are excellent and accommodates a large family with ample space for all. Great Harbour is a quaint island that is rich with natural beauty. The diving, snorkeling and
fishing are spectacular. I recommend this rental to any family that is looking for a place to spend quality time together in one of the most spectacular setting imaginable.

My family and I had a great stay in this beautiful house. The house had everything that you could possibly ask for. The owners were willing to accomodate us to make us feel at home. The house is in a private Island in the Berry Islands, with a beautiful white sandy beach right on the house property. No hassles to get to the beach. Very secluded with palm trees swaying in the wind. The beach is children friendly with no deep drops on slushy sand. It was truly a paradise vaction.
