34th floor with private balcony. Spectacular views of the City of South Miami Beach, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. One bedroom with queen size bed along with a daybed (perfect for couples). Can also accommodate groups of 5 with 2 pull out sofas in the living area. Flat screen plasma TV, washer/dryer. Reserved covered parking free of charge as well as valet parking. Swimming pool with outside Jacuzzi. Kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, utensils, and kitchenware necessary for you to enjoy a long stay. Party room with pool table. Fully equipped gym and cardio room. High speed internet in the business center. Building has front door security, dry cleaning service and convenience store.

Just in the heart of South Miami and is walking distance to many well-known places. The condo is well-equiped and has enough space for 4 people. We enjoyed and next time won't doubt to rent the same condo.
