This is a 1 1/2 story 3 bedroom home is situated on a sandy beach with a panoramic view of Lake Erie. The home features a large deck and porch stepping down to the beach. The lower level features a two car garage, full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. The main level features a vaulted ceiling, living room with gas fireplace, kitchen with stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining area. Off of the living room are two bedrooms and full bath. The loft contains a sitting area, bedroom and full size bath. The Village Edge complex has a pool and jacuzzi. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and parks. Easy access to boating, Lake Erie islands via Jet Express or car ferry and Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky.

Notes: This beachfront residence is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. Swimmers can wade 150 yards into the lake and only be in 3 feet of water. The community pool is just out the door and one block away. Chairs and lounges are provided. There is a picnic shelter at the pool pavilion. Beautiful Home/Great Location!

What a beautiful home! Our family of five (one teenager and two toddlers) rented for a weekend and had a great time! The beach was a great bonus, and we enjoyed spending our nights in the screened in porch. Breakfast on the deck with a gorgeous view of the lake was the perfect relaxing touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking, you will not be disappointed. Owner is very easy to work with!
Owner's Response: Our home is a wonderful place for the family. It has activities for all ages. We try to make the stay as comfortable a possible and have recommendations on all types of activities for family outings. Or, you can just relax and kick back on the beach or at the pool.

Perfect Family Vacation!!! :o)

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the beach house! It had everything you could ever need or want when you are on vacation. The house is huge with a lot of storage space so it didn't feel like we were on top of eachother (which is important as a family of 5). I like to cook and bake, the kitchen was equiped with everything. The beach was really nice because the kids could dig and build sand castles. Tons of beach towels, beach toys and chairs to sit in the sun. In the evenings it was really nice to be able to sit on the screened porch and watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine (especially with all the masquitos that come out at night!). We also liked the convenience of food and the jet express close by. Patrick was great to work with, he made it such an easy process when we were planning our family vacation. Thanks Patrick!!! We will definately be back again next summer :o)

Best of the Best

This is our second trip to this wonderful home. Patrick is awesome and great to deal with! Damage deposit refund check made it to my home in less than a week from my departure from Ohio. The home is the best of the best! Everything that you need is there. The lower level screened in Porch is spectacular at night. The beds are comfortable. The living room/kitchen area can accomadate a group. It was great to have a grill to do cookouts.

I am from Florida, my adult children are from St. Louis and NYC. This home will continue to be a "special place" to meet, as we make the yearly visit to Sachett Cemetary to pay honor to thier dad and my beloved husband of 27 years. Of course, we also have a great place to entertain the in-laws. Thank you Patrick for providing such a wonderful place for us to gather!

Great house

This was our 1st time in Port Clinton and we had a great experience. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in it to be comfortable. The beds were a little hard, but other than that the house was perfect for a little vacation. Going over to Put in Bay was so easy since we were so close to the Jet Express. We walked to a diner for dinner and to McDonalds was right across the street in case we needed it. It was a great long weekend. We are planning to stay longer next year.
Owner's Response: Our home is centrally located to enjoy Lake Erie and many of its attractions with easy access to a host of activities for everyone in the family; fishing, boating, golf, island adventures, Cedar Point amusement park, water parks or just relaxing on the beach or at the pool. In the evenings you can reflect on your day with wonderful sunsets from our beach house deck or screened in porch.

Summer vacation

We had a great time on our vacation here. The house was great, clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. The owner was great to work with and had good information about the area at the home. We will stay here again when we come back to Lake Erie.
