About The Owner

At the time of my purchase, condos and homes were appealing to investors and I had faith that the Manhattan Condominium concept with its walking trails, green spaces, pools, fitness center and its 24/7 guard-gated security feature would appeal to prospective buyers and renters. Since my purchase, I have returned to Canada and asked my mother, Anne Dahlem, a retired psychologist from Canada who moved here 3 and 1/2 years ago with my dad, to manage my property. In this tough economic time, I must say that my unit is consistently leased, thank you to vrbo and my mom. The complex is beautiful and the unit is splendid. Terence Dahlem

I was delighted with the fact that the Manhattan is located on South Las Vegas Boulevard at Serene Avenue and was looking forward to witnessing the "Strip" expanding. And it has!

What makes this condo unique

The Manhattan is complete in and of itself. Should people just want to stay in this Complex, they have access to a myriad of activities, including fitness, swimming, hot tubs and of course socializing. The Complex has been designed to have a central meeting place comprised of clubhouse, pool, fitness, barbeque facilities and mega amounts of green space. Sould residents want more diverse activites, they can be found but a short distance away.

My wife and I have been going to Vegas for 16 years to visit our daughter and grandchildren, and Anne's condo is the best place we have found to stay so far. For us the location was just what we were looking for, close to our daughters house and also close to the airport, shopping, South Point, the District, and the Strip. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The location was also very secure with 24/7 guards and gates, the guards were very friendly and polite. My wife worked out every morning at the gym which is located a short walk from the condo. All in all our stay at Anne's condo was just what we wanted. I would recommend Anne's condo to anyone who is looking for a clean and cozy place to stay while enjoying Las Vegas.

Condo location was convenient to shopping and local activities. The spa and gym were nice amenities to have for a month-long visit. The owner, Anne, was very nice to work with and accommodating. The security of the complex was a plus since we left the condo daily. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils as well as laundry supplies. We highly recommend a visit to the Valley of Fire and Mt. Charleston for one-day trips.

great location, south of the maddening strip and crazy drivers. Felt very confortable. Close to two casinos, which suited our fancy. Highly recommend this location. Close to shopping just a few miles North on Las Vegas Blvd. Just a few blocks from access to I-15 adjacent to the South Point Casino, brightly lighted at night with and yellow-orange lights. easy access to just about anywhere you wish to go. Very likely to return next winter, Dec-Mar time frame. Cann't say enough. Just great. Really liked the bedrooms seperation. Great experience.

My wife and I spent two weeks at this condo. We found it to be very much as described. We appreciate the thought that went into the preparation for our arrival. The condo is well appointed and well supplied. It felt like home. The internet connection worked well; we needed it for a working vacation. The location is quite good. We did a lot of traveling around the valley, and this location always felt pretty central.
We definitely recommend it.
