Photos and Description of the Cancun vacation condo rental 4BR 3 Bath-Oceanview Condo, - sleeps up to 10. Smaller group rates also avail.

This Cancun condo is perfect for families or parties of up to ten. The large living room has sofa, love seat, large chair, TV, VCR & DVD player. The large dining room has table, eight chairs, love seat, extra sofa and CD/cassette radio player. The master BR has an attached bath with shower. Full kitchen comes with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, juicer, dishes, microwave, and electric hot/cold bottled water dispenser (first 5 gal bottle only supplied by management), Linens and towels are supplied, but bring your own beach towels. The maid cleans daily, and the manager has an on location office. Amenities include: 3 color TVs, DVD/VCR, pre-recorded movies, books, games, and a private safe for renters' use. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. Washer and Dryer (soaps/softeners are not provided). There are plenty of chairs as well as an umbrella table on veranda that overlooks the ocean.

Large Veranda upstairs views the ocean off of both the living room and the dining room.

For outgoing calls, you will need to leave a deposit at the association's office, incoming calls will work without a deposit. The manager can tell you where the office is located. The manager also can arrange tours and transfers for you. Smoking is allowed on the veranda only, Please!. Come and enjoy our wonderful 'home away from home'. Our property has been completely renovated within the last year (2006-07) with new pools and grounds along with many condo imporvements.

All 6 of us stayed at Villas Marlin in this condo and enjoyed our stay very much.
The complex meet all our needs and the management was wonderful and very helpful..
This condo was very clean.
The custmer service was super and they were at our beck and call at all times.
We enjoyed the restaurants of the area also.
The owner was excellant to work with.
