Beach access from private property, max. 3 people, west balcony

This apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of the House of Oland. The entire complex is situated just 40 meters from the southern beach of the island of Foehr removed. Passionate golfers need only about 5 minutes to the 27-hole golf course. The apartment is for max. 3 people modern and comfortable. It consists of a living room with sleeping accommodation for one person, one bedroom with double bed and a kitchen and a shower room. A balcony is west facing and therefore also in the evening a great view of sunsets. Another bedroom has balcony on the north side. During the season, a baker's van is on the ground, still there is a hairdresser and rent a bicycle directly into the system.

You live here quietly, a little off the main bustle of the city, yet close enough to quickly get to the promenade to the shopping area.

It is located 40 meters from the beach. Quiet, just outside the city, very good opportunities for biking, long walks, 5 minutes walk away from a 27-hole golf course.
