Beautiful and Elegant! You will love this immaculate tri-level, 2850 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Sierra Pines home with Pool Table, High Speed Wireless Internet, 3 HDTV’s, Dish Network DVR (TiVo) with HD programing, HBO, X-BOX game system and a Jacuzzi Tub. Located in the highly sought after Sierra Pines subdivision you are 50 minutes from Fresno, 2 minutes from Shaver Lake Village, 6 minutes to Shaver Lake (boating and water sports), and 25 minutes to Sierra Summit Ski Resort. This home offers everything you will need for your luxury Shaver Lake vacation.

This wonderful home features granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, custom tile and upgraded carpet throughout, stainless steel appliances, a stone gas fireplace, mirrored closets and ceiling fans. The entire home is decorated with beautiful contemporary mountain decor with log beds and antler lamps in each of the five bedrooms. A finished two car garage with a brand new washer and dryer are available for you.

Upstairs: The upstairs hosts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 3 king beds and 1 double bed upstairs. The main upstairs bathroom boasts granite countertops and double vanity sinks with a tub/shower. The master bedroom contains a 27' HDTV with Dish Network programing and a DVD player. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet with vaulted pine ceilings overlooking a beautiful view of the redwoods. The master bathroom features granite countertops, double vanity sinks, custom tile and a jacuzzi jet tub with a walk-in glass shower.

Main Entry Floor: The main entry level contains a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking and entertainment needs. There is a large pine table to comfortably seat 8 people with 4 additional bar stools to seat all 12 people around the counter and table. You will love the comfortable micro suede and leather furniture while relaxing by the stone gas fireplace watching your favorite show on the 37' TV in High Definition. The main floor also boasts a full bathroom (tub/shower) with granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful views of the forest from the large windows and two French doors leading to the large deck. The deck hosts a patio table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ. There are 3 telephones with an answering machine for your convenience.

The pictures and descriptions of the house were accurate......plus more. The house was very clean, nicely decorated........ and pride of ownership is evident. We went as a family and would definitely rent there again. We had a great time!

Great Cabin for Great Family Memories

House was perfect for adults and kids to have their own spaces. Great winter space with sledding right out the back, and China Peak for skiing and snowboarding so close by. Amenities for 13 people were fabulous (like have 4 full bathrooms!!). We entered the property to a warm, inviting HOME with a lit Christmas tree-talk about hospitality! Having Christmas at the Shaver Lake Chalet will be an experience our family will remember for years. Thanks so much to Shaver Lake Vacation Rentals and the owners for this wonderful property!!

We had a fantastic time at the Bartel Chalet. We had 15 in our party and at no time did we feel like we were crowded. We had plenty of room to sprawl out, but also feel connected with each other. The downstairs game room saved the adults from having to entertain 8 kids under the age of 12. The experience working with the owner could not have gone better.
