If you are looking at this listing, then you are like myself and know the value and enjoyment of vacation rentals versus standard hotel vacations. I have rented units from private owners in Oceanside and Maui twice and with or without children it is now my preferred accommodation. This 1000 square foot, 2 bed 2 bath condo is in a wonderful complex in Chandler, Arizona, 20 minutes from the Phoenix airport and excellent access to all the Phoenix area has to offer. Chandler is a fantastic community to stay in with outstanding shopping (CHANDLER FASHION MALL, ARIZONA MILLS OUTLET STORES, ETC) within a easy drive or taxi away. If you are in the Phoenix area to golf, dine, or watch professional sports this is an excellent district for you to find accommodations.

You are right beside the premium gas barbecue.....and the complex keeps the barbecues very clean, as are all the common areas. The beautiful pool and hot tub are for you to enjoy with the passkey, complete with another BBQ next to the pool, showers, and clean bathrooms at the pool area. Our unit is a second floor end unit, which means no noise from above, and the bedrooms and living room faces the green space...which means no parking lot or traffic noise when you are sleeping, no headlights late at night. The complex itself is very resort like....the pictures tell the story. Wonderful landscaping and walkways, with plenty of green add to the beauty of the condo.

Notes: Inside we have just completed a total remodel including new paint, 3 new fans, all new lighting, new lamps, two new flat screen TVs, new fridge, new washer, new dryer, new premium sealy king bed, two new premium sealy twin 'XL' beds (will sleep an adult with the length of a queen bed). All new furniture from door to door including sofas, dining area, chairs, bedding, towels, etc. All new kitchen supplies, cookware, etc. All contents are 100% brand new summer 2008, and the property is simply sparking clean and looks like a show home. Enjoy a great private deck - drink coffee in your PJ's with no neighbors in sight! Notice the private entrance as well.

A month in Spring

My wife and I spent the month of April in this chaming condo. It was a "turn key" experience. The unit is clean and quiet, and was instantly home. All of the necessary utensils and gadgets were there, the furnishings were comfortable, and the layout was functional and relaxing.

We were close to the shopping and amenities of Chandler, close to freeways and the greater Phoenix area.

All-in-all, the condo was great! The neighbors were friendly and the common facilities were well maintained.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
