Bring the family to a paradise location with 100 feet on the West shore of Higgins lake. Sunoaks has a beautiful lake view from every lake side window including the Master Bath with its large jet tub.

Sunbathe on the large deck and dock or sit in the swing and watch the lake activities. There is a Country Store within walking distance and many activities are only a short drive from Sunoaks.

Enjoy the lake during the day, and at night sit by the fire pit or in front of the living room fireplace. Daily housekeeping allows you to completely enjoy your vacation.

The beauty and water quality of the lake. The beauty of the area not just the lake.

The lake is known country wide for it's beauty. The home has two separate [private] living areas, allowing us to live on site.

What makes this house unique

SunOaks has 100 feet of private beach front with a large seating area at the end of the private dock.

The lot is 630 feet deep with the back half an undeveloped wooded area away from the county road. This makes a safe area for children to play.

There is a small country store, restaurant (Pizza) and Beauty salon within walking distance.

My family stays at SunOaks every summer and we absolutly love it!
The lake water is crystal clear and always great for swimming. Roasting marshmwllows by the firepit at night is a favorite, and there is always plenty of firewood a few feet away. On top of the beautiful scenery the house is also amazing. It is huge! Upsatirs in the hallways you have a birds eye view of the lower floor making the entire space feel open and full of light. The beds are all comfortable, and each room has a stunning view. Must mention, bear claw scratches on the stone face fireplace! The house is alway very clean and has a lovley feel to it. A small convient store is right across the street anlong with a pizza store and a salon. Absolutly love it here! It is a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

We rented this wonderful place for our annual girls weekend. The house and the view and the water was just great!! we couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definilty be back!! Thanks for everything you did to accomidate all of us!!!!
