Vacation Homes in Ocean City Vacation Rental condo

Great place to stay, Very Relaxing and comfortable, everything we needed was there and close to everything. Loved the Granite Counters, Stainless Appl's, Seperate washer and dryer room,very nice to have 3 Full Bathrooms. The owners did a great job maintaining and decorating this place. I can't wait to come back. I would rate this a A+!!

I rented this property as a place for out of town guests to stay who were attending my parents' 60th wedding anniversary party. The condo is beautiful! Our guests loved it.

It was beautifully decorated and very clean. In one of the bathroom the tub was cracked so you couldn't take a bath -- which was no big deal as the other bathrooms had tubs.

I very much enjoyed communicating with the owners. They were very quick to respond to my emails and very personable.

I would recommend this property!

Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a note on the toilet that informed us that there was a hairline fracture in the bathtub and that we could shower but not use the tub to take a bath. We set down our luggage in the adjoining bedroom only to find out that the leak must of carried into the bedroom. So, we now have wet luggage. In addition, by Monday, the musty and moldy smell of the bedroom really started to become bothersome to us and specifically to our 2 boys who were sleeping in that room. We called the property managers to let them know the carperts were still soaked and her response was that they already soaked up 3 gallons with a wet vac. Thanks for telling us that the carpets were soaked. In addition, after the vacation, we contaced the owner, who knew nothing about the prior events. In addition, there was very little empathy from the owner.
The other negative is no patio furniture.
Other than that, the place is nice and we had great weather.
If you are an allergy sufferer or sensitive to moldy smells, I would not stay given the mold and mildew now growing under the carpet.
