  Third For long term rental (winter) heating costs (electricity) consumption, payable locally.
• Check each weekday by arrangement possible.
  Collection from 16 clock, extract up to 12 clock.
  Payment Terms:
  20% deposit upon booking, the remaining rental fee in cash upon arrival and key collection.
  Upon receipt of the deposit, the lease shall come as a state.
