The house has a lot of beds, 2 king, 3 queen, also 1 queen sofa-bed, 5 double bed, but if a group comes in i have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 40 persons. The house have three TVs, cable TV with one link, and it have hi-speed Internet for FREE.
I accept cashier checks, money orders, managers checks, visa, MasterCard, American express, travel checks etc.
The place is near everything, malls (5 min), fast foods, beaches (10 min), casinos, hotels, airport (main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).

US citizens, no passport needed in Puerto Rico. 2 gazebos in the community, basketball-volleyball court, playground, quiet and private with security 24 hours, panoramic view in the backyard with sunset terrace, near main expressways.
we accept pets and also smoking outside the house.

All water sports at 10 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 25 minutes to old San Juan forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters, biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like Plaza Las Americas (biggest in all the Caribbean) tennis courts etc..
Vacation Rental Rates::
The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for one night with groups that comes from the cruise lines and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too.
The normal rate is $300 the night for 8 persons (like $37 per person per night). Additional persons are $25 per person per night.
CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS DO NOT PAY.
