The house has a lot of beds, 4 king, 3 queen, also 1 queen sofa-bed, 5 double bed, but if a group comes in i have other 15 single beds, and easy sleeps A LOT OF persons. The house have 7 TVs, cable TV with one link, and it have hi-speed Internet for FREE.

The place is near everything, malls (5 minutes), fast foods, beaches (10 min), casinos, hotels, airport (main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).

Vacation Rental Rates:: The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for one night with groups that comes from the cruise lines and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too.
The normal rate is $325.00 the night for 8 persons (like $38 per person per night). Additional persons over 8 are $25 per person per night.
CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS DO NOT PAY.
