  • Summer Rentals: check-in 2 PM Saurday & check-out 11 AM Saturday.
    Weekly Rates .. $900-$3000/week, $300 refundable deposit within 5 days
    to reserve week(s). Pricing/avail, guaranteed with deposit which becomes
    security/cleaning deposit. Upon receipt of deposit, lease to be mailed,
    10% of rate due within 30 days. 50% balance due within 3-6 months, final
    50% balance is due 30 days before check-in.
    Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your rental;
    Deposit must be received within 5 days or the weeks remain open.

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Your house was absolutely the best. It is in such a great location, and walking to places was so conveinent! I deffinately want to come back with the rest of the family!!

This was our second time renting this property and we could not be happier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and well maintained. We had plenty of room for our family and dog to spend our time. We were a last minute rental and Georgia was very accomadating to us. We look forward to renting from her again. Thank again.

The Pictures do not do the condo justice.
The location is absolutely perfect. Just a half a block from the beach and convenient to restaurants and convenience stores. The condo was in excellent condition and stocked with all of the necessities needed for a home away from home

This was our second year staying at the condo. It is a perfect place for us to vacation with our 20 month old son. It is an added bonus that our dog, a Yorkie, can vacation with us too.
We love dealing with Georgia! The condo is always clean and well maintained. It is at a perfect location and we look forward to many more vacations here.

Thank you, Georgia, for making our stay so pleasurable. My family came from NJ,TX and CA and enjoyed every moment in your condo, which we found to be extremely clean, bright and roomy.It is also a very quiet neighborhood. Being across the street from the beach made it so accessible for me, my children and grandchildren. And being so close to the food market, sticky bun and bagel shop, pizza, seafood take-out,sub and sandwich shop, ice-cream parlor and beach shop made it so convenient. I also loved being so close to Corson Inlet State Park. I was able to walk along the beach to the very end of the park. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.
