Quiet, rural mountain setting. Elevation 2800ft. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with wood fireplace, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. New carpet, flooring and paint through out. New queen size mattresses in master and second bedroom. Twin-trundle bed in third bedroom. Direct TV in comfortable living room. Open deck with porch furniture. Bird feeders with winged visitors most mornings and evenings. Charcoal grill/fire pit combo. Property includes natural springs with a gentle stone creek. House is at end of private road in a quiet valley, yet it is only minutes from downtown Franklin and all the surrounding amenities.

Serenity yet a short distance to: Downtown Franklin, beautiful Lake Glenville including boating, swimming, fishing. Endless flea markets, famous shops of Dillsboro. Golf, gem mining, white water rafting. Canoing, kayaking and tubing. Short drive to the Cherokee casino, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Snow skiing. Just under two hours to Asheville and the historic Biltmore Estate. For children there is the Fun Factory in Franklin which includes games, go-carts, miniature golf, bumper cars and food. (It has received the grandchildren and parent seal of approval).
