Our oceanfront two-bedroom equivalent/two-bath condo is located on the west coast of Maui. It is very well-appointed, and features a commanding ocean view. It has a full modern kitchen and all the linens, dishes, glassware, and flatware you will need. There is even a clothes washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is completely air-conditioned - not just the living room. Free wireless high-speed Internet connection is also provided. Enjoy on-site swimming pools, whirlpool spas, tennis courts, and putting greens in a beautiful 13-acre setting. Nearby ocean activities include windsurfing, swimming, and snorkeling. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nearby Kaanapali and Lahaina offer additional ocean activities, world-class golfing, sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. This is a year-round spot for the vacation of your dreams -- whether that's relaxing by the pool or ocean, or taking in all the sights and sounds of a tropical island.

Nearest Airport: Kahaluli at 35 Miles

Papakea Resort is at the northern end of Kaanapali Beach, with Kapalua premier golf course to the north (annual host of the Mercedes Championships PGA Tour event) and the beautiful foothills of the 36 hole Kaanapali course to the south. Whaler's Village is right there also, brimming with fine shopping and the best Hula Pie on the Island. Lahaina's Front Street is just a short drive away. There are restaurants to satisfy every palette. You can find surfing lessons or art galleries, para-sailing or jewelry shops, boat trips to nearby islands or walking tours of this fantastic historic town. And you always have the option to just kick back and lay on the lanai, by the pool or at the ocean and relax to your hearts content. In the winter you'll probably see a whale or two so bring your binoculars. During the summer months we see a lot of sea turtles and dolphins. The Lahaina side of the island has a little bit of something for everyone. Come stay with us.

This is a great unit to rent. The kitchen is stocked with all the extras you will need. there was even a rolling pin and cheese grater!! The owners also supplied snorkel equipment, a cooler, extra beach chairs, basketballs, and many other other extras that usually don't come with a rental unit. The most impressive thing about unit L-404 is the view, absolutely gorgeous. We watched whale shows from the lanai every day. I can't wait to go back.

We found this to be the nicest condo and resort we have stayed at. We try and go once a year to the islands,and you never know what you get until you get there. This unit was so clean and had everything one could ever need.The location was great and the view, sunsets and looking at Lanai & Molokai.
When we retun to Maui in 2010 we will stay here again, Lou & Patty did a great job on this condo.

Unit L404 was fantastic. We have been to Maui several times and found this to be the nicest Condo we have used. The view is fantastic, the grounds are great, the staff is friendly. We would definitely rent this unit the next time we visit Maui. A+

What a great place to stay at. The views are excelent.The condo was perfect. We spent our 60th Anniversary here from June 10th to June 20th, 2008. Hope to get back here soon
