Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Kenya Coast, Kenya

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The prices are designed for 2 PEOPLE. For EACH additional person we charge 10, - Euro / night or 50, - Euro per week. (Children half price).

    The price includes electricity, water, sewer, garbage and all the services described in the run. Gas is available, but must be purchased at your expense, if the bottle is empty. The maid ensures cleanliness of the rooms, change and wash the laundry and does little errands. It keeps the kitchen clean and wish you directed your breakfast, if you do not want to cook.
    The normal working hours is in Kenya Mon-Fri from 8 00-13. 00 and 14 00 -17. 00 clock. Saturday only 8 00-13. 00 clock. Upon request and for a small fee many are willing to stand them on Sundays helping hand.

    The transfer from the airport to the house and back is also for 50, - Euro per tour will be booked and paid at our Manager.
  • After payment of 30% of the total price you will receive an email confirmation and the apartment is authentic reserved for you. The remaining sum must be paid on arrival in Euros to our manager. This office will provide it from your lease.
