The detached house has a garden of 400 m2 and is on a holiday park. It is 600m walk to the beach. Ground floor: living / dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a TV with cable, DVD player, wireless Internet, stereo with CD player and iPhone adapter. Microwave, kettle, Senseo and dishwasher. Central heating below and above. The spacious wooden terrace (south) is a wooden garden furniture with 4 chairs, sofa, table and parasol. Also, two Canadian wood chairs with footstools. Since the garden is fenced with lots of greenery, you have plenty of privacy. On-site parking. Due to the narrow staircase to the first Floor, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities. This is a Non smoking object, so smoking is not permitted on the premises. Also, pets are not allowed.

The detached cottage is located in a cultivated park Sands Park, just 600 meters from the North Sea beach. The Sands Holiday Park is located in Northern Holland Park, about 3km north of Schagen, eimen altensten the beach resorts north of Holland. Isolated Immediately at the park, by a moat, is the camp 'Callassande' with supermarket, restaurant, subtropical swimming pool, tennis camps, etc. During the summer vacation is here offered children's entertainment. The park itself is a playground and soccer field.
