Located on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, Cap Cana has been referred to as 'the world's next great destination.' With over 3 miles of white powder sand beaches, it features the Caribbeans biggest inland marina. This 3-4 bedroom, 4.5 bath corner Penthouse is truly one of the finest in all of Cap Cana as it is the only one which is on the ocean, inlet and the marina with breathtaking ocean views on all sides. The apartment is also equipped with Internet. A beautiful pool/bar is also right outside your door on the beach. Its surrounded by luxury stores, exclusive restaurants & 5 star hotels. The resorts Punta Espada Golf Course is a Jack Nicolas signature course and is already known as a top course in the Caribbean & maybe the world. A 2nd Nicholas course is under construction and courses by Fazio, Pete Dye, Nick Faldo, etc are all within a 20 minute drive. In April the PGA hosted a Champions Tournament at Punta Espada in it's first year of operation.

There is also a spa and beach club at the resort. Every amenity and activity imaginable is within 15 minutes of the condo. Horseback riding, all form of water sport, excellent spas, restaurants, shopping, tennis, Eco tours, etc. Punta Cana has some great nightlife as well although the 'club' area is 20 minutes away. Cap Cana is 15 minutes from the Punta Cana airport. And of course, the whole resort has 5 km of the most beautiful private beaches you will ever see. It is paradise.

It doesn't get any better than this luxurious, large, and oh so beautiful condo on the water and the marina of Cap Cana! Owners have not missed a thing when it comes to ammenities, decor, and comfort. Fully equiped and ready for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, well equiped kitchen, super large balcony overlooking the marina and the beach, and two separate living areas. The customer service is above and beyond to meet all of your needs from beginning to end. I would recommend this property to anyone and I am looking forward to my return.

Beautiful views from amazing large balcony with jacuzzy tub. Bedrooms are fully equiped with flat screens and great beds for a tired golfer (or beach goer..) the owners have left nothing out. Very close to great golf courses.
Great appartment, will be back !
