The South Seas Tower IV, #612 condominium is one of our most favored vacation properties. With a wraparound balcony, the unit provides north and west views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms and livingrooms have sliding glass doors that provide access to the balcony.
King bed in the master bedroom, with ensuite full bath and dressing area. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and its own full bath as well. The condo is fully stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, even beach towels!
The gated complex is is located on Marco Island's beautiful sandy beach, with lots of treasures (shells) to take home for memories. A boardwalk leads from the swimming pool out to the beach. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking. The South Seas Condominium Association has a registration/parking fee. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
